PROOF OF VACCINATION & MASKING IN PUBLIC SPACES IS REQUIRED
Documentation only needs to be shown once upon your first time entering the event and checking in with our greeters.
People are considered fully vaccinated two weeks after their second dose in a two-dose series, such as the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines, or two weeks after a single-dose vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnson’s vaccine. In addition to your proof of vaccination, you must show a government-issued ID with the same name as your COVID documentation.
The following are acceptable as proof of full vaccination:
- Vaccination card (which includes name of person vaccinated, type of vaccine provided and date last dose administered) OR
- A photo of the attendee’s vaccine card stored on a phone or electronic device
- Documentation of vaccination from a healthcare provider electronic health record or state Immunization Information System record
A photo ID that matches the name of your vaccination record is required.
Self-reported vaccination records that are not verified by a health care provider cannot be accepted.
Those unable to provide proof of vaccination will be denied entry.
Masks
Following medical expert guidance to help reduce the spread of COVID-19, face masks or coverings are required in hotel indoor public areas and when moving around in outdoor areas at the Hyatt Regency. Public areas include hotel lobbies, elevators, and hallways. Masks are not required in the ballroom spaces when guests are eating, seated, or socially distanced. Masks can be briefly removed from your face as you pass through the red carpet photo booth, then worn again as you leave the photo booth.
Hygiene and Sanitization
Additional measures taken to support a safe environment in the event space, such as precautions like additional sanitation stations. We ask that all attendees sanitize and/or wash their hands as often as possible.
