Since 1987, Imagine Housing has been committed to providing permanent affordable housing for low-income families, seniors, veterans, and individuals. As one of the leading community-based Eastside affordable housing providers, Imagine Housing owns and supports 15 apartment properties in six East King County cities, serving over 1,400 people. By building attractive, affordable, permanent apartment homes, we offer our residents a safe and stable place to live.

Our Resident Support staff members meet regularly with residents starting the day they move in and provide individualized case management. We connect our residents to resources for employment, healthcare, education, substance abuse or mental health counseling, legal assistance and help with basic needs such as food and clothing. We build a sense of community at each of our properties through community meals, barbecues, holiday parties, craft nights, and open houses. A vital part of our service model includes listening to the needs and desires of our residents and supporting them in determining their own goals and paths.
