Know Before You Go

When: Monday, Aug. 28, 2022 • Registration opens at 8:30am

 
We are using Golf Genius, a mobile app, to track score. Be sure to download the Golf Genius app on your phone before the tournament. You can search in the app store for the free app by entering “golf genius.” We will email you login information the week before the tournament, and one member of your foursome can enter scores for your foursome. We will be able to help you on the day of the event if you have any questions or issues logging into Golf Genius.

Schedule for Tournament Day:

8:30am • Registration opens
You’ll have time to:

• Grab a complimentary Bloody Mary courtesy of Propel Insurance, and complimentary breakfast courtesy of Blazing Bagels
• Grab your lunch ticket – you’ll have a choice of lunch from one of our Food Truck Partners - stay tuned for more info!
  
• Purchase a Mulligan package, which includes 1 mulligan and 2 drink tickets for $50
• Practice your swing in the covered driving range; balls included
• Get some practice on the putting green
• Check out the raffle table with fabulous prizes; raffle tickets are $25 each or 5 tickets for $100

10:00am • Shotgun start, scramble format

• Plenty of contests and fun on the course
  
• Lunch courtesy of our food truck partners (be sure to pick up your lunch ticket from the Food and Beverage station before taking to the course).

3:00pm (depending on pace of play)

• Good bye and thank you at the golf cart drop off location
  

 Food and Beverages:

Blazing Bagels is providing complimentary bagels & cream cheese spreads. You will also receive a Bloody Mary coupon to redeem at the Bloody Mary Bar presented by Propel Insurance.

You’ll have a choice of lunch from one of our Food Truck Partners courtesy of our Lunch Sponsor, Puget Sound Energy (see menu below). Be sure to stop at the lunch station before you head onto the course to retrieve your lunch ticket.

There will be Newcastle drink carts driving throughout the course and Turnberry’s kiosk between Holes 9 and 10. If you purchased a Mulligan package (available at the registration table when you check in!), which includes two drink tickets, you can redeem them at the carts or the kiosk. Mulligan packages are available for purchase on our website or at Registration on tournament day.
